Contest Rules
Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of Legacy Pools are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the contest, customers must schedule and pay for their pool opening, which will automatically enter them into the contest for a chance to win a Polaris IQ Pool Cleaner.
Additional Entries: Customers can receive additional entries by using any additional pool services, such as; cleaning, liner replacement, pump or filter installation, or new heater installation. Each additional service used will count as one extra entry.
Prize: The prize for this contest is one Polaris IQ Pool Cleaner.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline May 26th. The winner will be notified by phone or email .
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discount Offer: Participants who do not win the Polaris IQ Pool Cleaner will receive a 20% discount on any new pool cleaner, along with free delivery. This offer is valid for 30 days after the contest deadline.
Publicity Release: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Legacy to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
General Conditions: The pool cleaning company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time for any reason. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the pool cleaning company, which are final and binding in all matters.
